All orders are processed Monday-Friday only, excluding bank holidays. During sale or holiday periods, orders can be delayed.
Your package shipment - Products
Products in stock are generally dispatched approximately 2-7 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD with tracking or other reputable couriers.
Your package shipment - Equipment
Our equipment is made to order, allowing salons to create bespoke machines tailored customer needs. Therefore the lead time for delivery of equipment is 6-8 weeks. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the package selected at the time of order.
All parcels are sent to the delivery address provided at the time of placing an order and signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched and one delivery attempt will be made. Additional delivery attempts will incur an admin charge of £25 plus postage costs and will be sent once we have received the items at our centre.
We take special care to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We operate no-refund, no exchange policy.
All products are quality checked prior to dispatch.
However where a package is damaged upon delivery; photograph must be taken and sent to use via email to email@example.com within 24 hours. Where photographic evidence is not provided within 24 hours, we are unable to offer an exchange.
All items must be checked upon delivery. If an item is damaged or faulty, we must be notified within 7 days from the date of delivery. We may request the item be returned. If this is the case, the information requested (details of fault, height, length, width and weight of the parcel) must be provided within 5 working days. Where the information is not provided within 7 days, a replacement offer is no longer valid.
